Coats
Four coats, four jobs. Double-collar overcoats at mid-thigh and knee length, a padded belted trench, and a stand-collar zip coat. Not sure which you need? Overcoat, topcoat or peacoat.
How to choose a coat
Choose by length first, then by what goes underneath. A mid-thigh coat sits well over knitwear with chinos or wool trousers. A knee-length coat covers a blazer or a suit jacket completely, which is what makes it look intentional.
Try the coat over the thickest layer you plan to wear. The shoulder seam should end where your shoulder ends, the front should close without pulling across the chest, and the sleeve should cover your shirt cuff. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one in a coat. Each product page lists chest, shoulder and length in centimetres and inches.
