Distance contracts concluded through this store are governed by Hungarian law, in particular Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses, and Act CLV of 1997 on Consumer Protection — without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the consumer's country of residence.

Consumer dispute resolution

If a dispute cannot be settled with us directly, EU and Hungarian consumers may turn to the competent conciliation board (békéltető testület). For our registered seat this is the Pest Vármegyei Békéltető Testület, 1055 Budapest, Balassi Bálint utca 25. IV/2.

Consumers resident in another EU or EEA state, Norway or Iceland may also seek free assistance with a cross-border dispute from their national European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net). The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.

Consumer protection supervision in Hungary is exercised by the competent government office (kormányhivatal) acting as consumer protection authority for the consumer's place of residence.
