Shipping Policy

Processing & dispatch

Every order is dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays leave the next business day. The moment your order ships, you receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel door to door.

Delivery times

Delivery typically takes around 7 days from dispatch, and up to 10 days for some countries, depending on the destination and local carriers. These are estimates, not guarantees — customs processing or carrier delays can occasionally add time.

Shipping rates

• Complimentary shipping on all orders over €150.
• Orders under €150: €4.95 across Europe, €9.95 for the rest of the world.

Shipment protection

Optional shipment protection is available in your bag for €5. It covers loss, theft or damage in transit — if anything happens to your parcel on the way, we replace your order or refund you in full, without a carrier claim process.

Customs, duties & taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are set by your local customs authority, are not included in our prices or shipping fees, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address changes

Need to correct your delivery address? Email info@bearingclothes.com as soon as possible — we can update it any time before dispatch.

If something goes wrong

If your tracking hasn't moved for several days, or your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated window, write to us and we'll investigate with the carrier. Orders with shipment protection are replaced or refunded immediately once loss or damage is confirmed.

Late or failed delivery — your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA and we fail to deliver within the agreed period, or within 30 days where no period was agreed, you may ask us to deliver within an additional reasonable period. If we still fail to deliver, you may cancel the contract and receive a full refund. Risk of loss or damage passes to you only when you, or a person you have named other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.
