Return & Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to decide. If a piece isn't right, we make it right — no questions, no pressure.

Exchanges — free

If the size or colour isn't right, we exchange it at no cost. Write to us at kovacseholdings@gmail.com with your order number and the size or colour you'd like instead. We confirm the exchange within one business day and cover the shipping of your replacement.

Returns

To return an item for a refund, email kovacseholdings@gmail.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer; we recommend a tracked service, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 14 days — usually much sooner. Your bank or card provider may need a few additional days to post it. Original shipping charges and the optional shipment protection fee are not refunded, except where the return is due to our error.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We replace it or refund you in full, including all shipping — at no cost to you.

Order cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched — we dispatch within 24 hours on business days, so write to us quickly. Once an order has shipped, the standard return process applies.

EU customers — right of withdrawal

If you are in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Our 30-day policy is more generous and applies in addition to — never instead of — your statutory rights.
