We stand behind every piece we sell. If it isn't right, you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it for a full refund or a free exchange — no drama, no pressure.

What can be returned

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.

How to start a return

Email us at info@bearingclothes.com with your order number and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange. Because we work with several fulfillment partners, the correct return address can differ from order to order — so always start by emailing us, and we'll send you the exact return address and simple instructions for your parcel. Please don't ship anything back before you receive that address.

Exchanges

Exchanges are free — if you need a different size or color, we cover the cost of sending the replacement to you.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and passes a quick check, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few additional days to appear on your statement. Original standard shipping is refunded; any expedited-shipping upgrade is non-refundable.

Return shipping

For a refund, the customer covers the cost of return postage. For exchanges and for any faulty, damaged or incorrect item, we cover it — just email us first.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, contact us and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or full refund at no cost to you, in line with your statutory rights.

EU / EEA Consumers — Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the EU or EEA, in addition to our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee you have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Our voluntary 30-day guarantee is offered in addition to and does not limit these legal rights.

Withdrawal period. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party you name other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods. Where your order is delivered in several parts, the period runs from possession of the last item.

How to withdraw. To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement — by email to info@bearingclothes.com, or by post to BEARING — Kovács Bence e.v., 2142 Nagytarcsa, Bartók Béla utca 2/a, 3. épület, Hungary. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your communication before the 14-day period expires.

Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (except any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; in any event you will not incur any fees as a result. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

Returning the goods. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires. We will confirm the correct return address for your order when you contact us, as it may differ depending on which of our fulfillment partners shipped your item. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exceptions. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, or to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

Legal guarantee of conformity

Separately from the rights above, EU and EEA consumers benefit from a two-year legal guarantee of conformity under Directive (EU) 2019/771. If goods do not conform to the contract, you are entitled to have them brought into conformity by repair or replacement, or to a proportionate price reduction or termination of the contract, free of charge and on the conditions set out in the applicable national law. Consumers outside the EU and EEA have the equivalent rights granted by their local law.

Complaints and dispute resolution

If we cannot resolve a complaint with you directly, EU and Hungarian consumers may refer the matter to the conciliation board (békéltető testület) competent for our registered seat: Pest Vármegyei Békéltető Testület, 1055 Budapest, Balassi Bálint utca 25. IV/2. Consumers resident in another EU or EEA state may also seek free assistance from their national European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net).
